YIDDISH ON-LINE COURSE – LEVEL I

The Dora Teitelboim Center for Yiddish Culture’s Institute for Yiddish Education announces the start of registration for the course, Introduction to Yiddish Language & Culture I, as part of the Institute’s YIDDISH ON-LINE program. 

This college-level course is being offered archivally ON THE WEB through the Center’s website at www.yiddishculture.org .   It is taught by Professor Mindelle Wajsman.   Archival classes are available on a Rolling Basis provided enough students register to cover the Center’s administrative costs.  The course can be picked up 24 hours a day/7 days a week during a 15 week period.  A take-home final exam will be offered at the end of the semester.  Please note that this semester’s Yiddish Level I course is NOT a part of any University course system at this time, and that no credit hours are available for the current semester.

TUITION: 
$150.00 U.S.

In order to allow as many students as possible to participate in the program, the Center for Yiddish Culture has subsidized this program, thereby keeping tuition reasonable and affordable, even for out-of-state or out-of-country students.  Advanced tuition payment holds your place in the next presentation of the course.  Payment in advance is required to begin your course participation.  Tuition is non-refundable.
